Number of general questions and an on-line situational strengths test, followed by a 30 minute (max.) phone interview. Feedback given for the situational strengths test, but not for other stages of the interview process. Dissapointed with the interview experience - I took a half day off from my current job for a telephone interview only for Sky not to call. A further telephone interview was arranged for my lunch break, again they didn't call. A third telephone interview was arranged, which did occur, albeit 20 minutes late - I was thinking it was going to be another no show and was caught a bit off guard. The phone interview itself was fine.
