Interview
The interview consisted of technical python questions. It was based on a codility and a cappfinity assessment that was already completed and submitted. The questions were asked in accordance to those i.e., explaining the code and MCQs.
The interview process was simple and easy to follow. They wanted to know my values and if they aligned with the company goals, values and missions. It was like a typical interview.

Interview
First there is a general aptitude/SJT test where you rank a bunch of options of what you'd do in a job and do a super easy non-timed logical test. Then there is another online test called a 'Job Simulation' where you pretend to be an intern and do tasks like write an email to your manager, and answer what algorithm you'd choose to display shows to consumers. You also have to record answers to some questions,

Question 1
Explain whether you'd choose a collaborative filtering algorithm or a [don't remember the name] algorithm. Also there was a question on how you like to work.
Sent me an email, detailing the three stage interview process. Codility interview first which I completed then shortly 3 days after invited me for a more technical teams interview which I have not yet done.

I've only done the preliminary codility interview, but the first two were simple tasks in python, third was SQL and fourth was multiple choice questions which I found hard.
