3 rounds - 1 HR and 2 technical.
The technical assessment focused on real-world frontend challenges — implementing responsive layouts, optimizing performance, and managing state using modern frameworks such as React and Redux. I appreciated that the questions went beyond syntax, exploring deeper concepts like component reusability, code maintainability, and accessibility standards.
It was a bit hard to get into I did ultimately get rejected too and they never said why which was a bit of a shame the interview process was nice thoigh
