I applied for a digital marketing role at Skybiz Indiranagar The interview process went smoothly. I had multiple rounds, including one with the CEO, who instructed the HR team to proceed with the offer letter. HR conducted a final round and collected all my documents before even discussing the salary. After that, I was told multiple times that the offer letter would be released soon. However, I kept waiting for almost a month without any clear communication. In the end, I was informed that due to internal issues, the company could no longer proceed with my hiring. I wait for almost a month I didn't apply bcs I thought there is I am selected but they just waist the time. This was quite disappointing, especially since the job description mentioned they were looking for someone who could deliver viral content within a month. Unfortunately, my time and efforts were not respected. I hope the company improves its communication and transparency with candidates in the future.
