Spoke with HR, and had a pleasant conversation to kick things off. She actually asked about my experience, and she was very polite. She said it sounded like a great fit and setup a follow up interview with herself, the CIO, and the CEO. When it came time for that interview, the CEO did all of the talking. He didn't want to know anything about my skill set or my work experience doing exactly what I applied for the last 3+ years. Instead, he went through all the MSP CEO's I worked with and wanted to know 'what they were like 'managing their companies.' At the end of the time frame, I was able to ask two questions, in which he said he expects someone to 'drink from a fire hose' everyday. Despite being on lay off from my previous company due to COVID-19, he proceeded to tell me I was in the 'bottom 20% of employees' instead... Which is entirely untrue, and leaves no fair thought process in regards to decisions made during a pandemic. From there, he said I had 30 minutes to 'wow' him and he would leave me with that. Extremely rude and aligns itself with the reviews of him I've read on here.
