I submitted my application through their careers webpage and heard back within two days to schedule a phone interview, which was scheduled for a week after I submitted my application. So, very prompt in that respect!
The phone interview as very short - the recruiter only asked me about 10 minutes worth of questions and they were pretty specific to line items/skills from the job description.
I got a canned rejection a few days later from a no-reply email address. This was a little disappointing because I didn’t have an opportunity to engage with the recruiter at all - at least with other jobs I haven’t gotten I’ve been able to build rapport with the recruiter to understand where the mismatch was. For those who have said they were ghosted, I wonder if the no-reply email address got filtered from their email inbox - it didn’t land in my main inbox, it got categorized as an “update” and I would’ve missed it if I hadn’t been checking frequently.
