Technical interview (walkthrough technical experiences and go through a data modeling exercise)
Behavioral with a Director in D&A
Behavioral with a Senior Director in D&A
Behaviorals were very conversational and felt like genuine conversations. The culture is very clear here.

Q: Describe normalization (this would be more specific to a data engineer technical screening)
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
