The interview process at the start is legular as everywhere: screening interview, tech interview with the CTO. But then starts strange things: you need to do test task, then complete 3 tests: OPQ32i, ND1, VD1 (just google it). Then you need to pass polygraph(if you regect - you will not get the offer). And you will wait about 2 weeks to pass it. After that they will call to all your previous employers and only after that you can get the offer. All process lasts for me 1.5 moths and I got two oather offers while I was waiting.
