I got call from HR of SBIT. and it was scheduled interview. I wasted my day by going there. After waiting for 30 min at so called "reception" where there is no one to attend, I could hear all the noises and chaos what employee making. No professionalism at all. they are newly startup company. They expect to developer to late sit daily, As hr said are developers seats late daily if ur OK with it then only we can go ahead. They give CRUD opertion test for good experienced candidates as well.
