I applied through one of job portal, got call from hr for interview. The interview consist of 3 processes technical, then more technical interview and the last one with director After that they place offer

The interview had 3 stages. First, a technical interview in their office. Second, a technical interview on phone call from the USA, and third a non-technical interview with the upper management in their office. The interviews were short and to the point, but they take a lot of time between interviews. The people however are really nice and the work environment is excellent.
