Interview
I received an email from the CTO asking me for hours. She did not call, so I found the number of the CEO and rung her up. She said that the CTO was busy and would call me back shortly.
There was a phone interview, followed by a Skype interview, then a programming test. They took a couple of weeks to evaluate the content

They asked me to rate my skills as a developer. They went through the technologies they use and asked me how much I knew conceptually and practically about each of them. Think out of 10s ratings.
