The interview process was pretty unprofessional from start to finish. Although the interview started on time, I was informed that I would be interviewing with one person for 15 minutes. However, another person showed up for the interview -- no pre-notification whatsoever -- and presented the following:
*Just his name
No job title, no relationship with the other interviewer, no proper introduction.
This person appeared disheveled, and immediately launched into an inquisition into my skills -- not a discussion. After about 10 minutes, I cut off the interview and plainly asked for clarification on whether they were interested in an inquisition or discussion. I didn't get a response, so I disconnected from the Zoom.
This company has one review from an employee, and it's a poor one at best. If the people on the Zoom call are indicative of management in general, I can see why they have that rating.
My advice: Save your skills, professionalism, and time by interacting with a company that has a 21st-century approach to recruiting.
