Interview
Initial Skype interview was done after an email exchange with some of the current staff. After, we had a follow up in-person meeting in San Francisco. The interviewer was friendly and asked questions that indicated a clear value in actionable marketing tactics. The interview was concise and were mostly focused on work-related rather than behavioral or hypothetical technical questions.

Interview
Within a day of applying, I was contacted on a Sunday. Smuggr let me know they're interested in scheduling a call, but when I gave them my availability, they actually gave me a second application for the wrong position, asked me to disregard the e-mail, and sent me the appropriate application.
The second application asked unconventional questions, and some of the answers I could choose were limited. For example, I was asked if I would be open to working on the weekends, and my only options were "Never!" and answers off that sort.
Phone interview which includes technical interview and HR interview. Technical interview was more difficult. They had taken interview on Skype also. Skype interview was with HR. HR asked many common questions.
