Snag (UK) Designer/Developer interview questions

Applied online, and had an initial interview over video call. The company sounded promising, and I was assured that I would not be ghosted, even if not chosen for the role. At the end of the interview, I was given a task to redesign one of their website pages to better fit their brand. I had a question regarding their design and sent a question, only to have it never be answered. I then completed the task to the best of my ability, and requested a second interview as per the process laid out, and was ghosted entirely. It doesn't really reflect well on their company that I was unable to get a hold of them so early in this process.
