There were two stages in the application process. A writing test and then the main interview. It wasn’t a panel interview and they just asked questions around my writing experiences, experiences with certain styles, etc
The one hour interview was postponed after the scheduled start time and then lasted close to two hours. There were more than 25 questions, most of which were the same repeated by the different panelists.

Interview about myself and experiences. Interviewer is kind, polite and his questions are interesting. He can check my experiences are real or not because he ask challenges for me related with my job and how to overcome these problems. I got good interview experience.
