Initial interview with the manager was fine, however, the final interview with the U.S. CEO was not good at all. His line of questioning was quite irregular and generally seemed misguided. This was a "flip the resume over" and write out scenarios on the blank page kind of interview. It was mostly technical questions related to land acquisition and homebuilding, but the questions many times had varying answers depending on several factors or sometimes didn't make sense at all. These also seemed to be unprepared questions, mostly just made up on the spot. When attempting to answer the questions logically based on my knowledge of homebuilding, he usually interrupted me, unsatisfied with my response. He also asked me if there was anyone that's really good on my current team I could convince to come over if I received an offer, which I felt was a bit unprofessional. Overall, I didn't feel good about the company when I left the interview.
