Interviewed by phone with a third party HR person. It was unusually combative and felt like an interrogation. The interviewer immediately put me on the defensive, making me go over my resume point by point, explaining gaps and overlaps, tenures, why I left each job, etc. At no point was I able to actually talk about my strengths or sell myself. I knew within about 60 seconds that I would not be getting the job. It was one of the most uncomfortable interviews I've ever had.
