Started with Phone screeningwoth recruiter. I then did a live interview to meet hiring manager and do formal Sodexo interview. I went back a third time to do skills test which included showing my l sledge in project, excel, and ppt

The interviewer and HR both were great and the interview went seemlessly, they were friendly which let me be myself. There was no delay, the interview went on the planned date and time. Overall it was a great experience

What is the first thing that you do to initiate any process
Entretien a distance et physique. Discussion avec le managers et N + 2. Rencontre de l'équipe. Questions fonctionnelles et techniques. Retour sur les expériences passées et les attentes futures. Négociation salariale.
Le processus est étalé sur 3 entretiens: un call de 30 minutes suivi d'un entretien avec le RH et enfin un dernier entretien en présentiel avec le chargé de projet sénior
