Short interview, maybe 20 mins long. Consent to background check, got the offer on the spot and accepted. was told when orientation starts. Received an email that same week from executive chef saying I was hired
Interviewed with HR manager first, then was directed to unit lead and chef manager for additional interview. I was then notified I would be called if I was offered a position.

Interview
Very simple, asked about employment history and retail experience. There wasn't much to it. I actually interviewed before I started the application process. The company had recently lost 4 employees and was in need of workers. The whole process only took about 24 hours and I was working within two weeks after finishing all preliminary paperwork.
