Interview
Application is submitted and ICMS portal is fairly easy to navigate. Notifications are sent form the system whether moving to phone screen or rejected. Phone screen is about 15-30 minutes depending on role. Most interviews are panel interviews with about 3 people on the panel and the questionnaire is a behavioral 5-8 questions asked in round robin by the panel. The panel will be taking notes during and after your answer, so don't be alarmed. If selected, you should receive a call with an offer, if not, you should receive a call or e-mail, stating you did not get the role.

Canned interview questions. Nothing too difficult. Lots of parts so make sure to have them repeat and write them down so you can answer each part. The interview was with the hiring manager and the colleagues I’d be working with. It only last about a half an hour.

Interview
There is an initial vetting by HR before your your resume is past to a manager. From there, a Skype interview followed by an in-person interview followed by an interview with the client. The client was not particularly versed in what would be needed but asked good questions. This was followed by an offer and negotiation on salary IF (and I stress, IF) the client selected me. As it turned out, I was the 1st runner up but got the job when the interview winner turned down the opportunity.
