3 phone interviews, 1 in person interview, and two weeks of training. The training involves reviewing handbooks and rules while shadowing who ever is available. Phone interviews involve the assistant manager and the assistant to the assistant manager.

The interview process was smooth and professional. I first had a phone interview with HR then two face to face interviews with three different people. First two Human Resources manager then the department manager.
