Interviewed with a couple different people from the Marketing team before being ghosted. Overall it was a typical interview process but wasn't happy with my final interview where the person was obviously not paying attention to what I was saying and made the whole experience feel like an inconvenience.

the interview are like all other companies, you have to take time to go and have at minimum 5 interviews on site. You have to be prepared for the background questions. the most difficult part is the interview with the federation leader, they have to book in his agenda to have the interview. When you have the proposal you can negotiate the salary
