There were 2 technical and 1 Hr Round. It is sheer wastage of candidates time. The worst company and the worst policy so far. I have cleared all the rounds and also there was discussion with the HR was completed and later after following myself for 4times they said we have selected other candidate. I asked reason for not selecting HR bluntly replied WE HAVE SELECTED OTHER CANDIDATE. There should be legit and valid answer to the candidate. Wasting unnecessary time and energy of candidates doesn't make a sense at all. Why you have selected candidate when you just have to overlap.
