Applied on their website. Called into an interview a couple of weeks later. Two interviews on the same day. A general one about yourself and one about consultancy/teamwork. Emphasis on how you would work in a team. Got a job offer a week later.

There is an HR interview followed by a technical interview with the Delivery Manager. Once you have finished the interviews there is also an individual test followed by a group exercise. The individual test consists of a document specification and you need to find defects in the document whereas the group exercise involves problem solving with the other candidates and team work.
