The interview process was set out into three main stages. Stage one a video call, stage two an online outreach task, stage three an in person interview. I enjoyed the process and thought it was well structured.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sokin in Mar 2026
Interview
After applying for the role, I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled an initial screening interview. During this conversation, she gave me a clear overview of the company, while I shared details about my background and expectations regarding the role and working conditions.
The next step was a technical interview with two team leads. We discussed my previous experience, the projects I’ve worked on, and a variety of technical topics. The interview felt very comfortable and was more like a natural conversation rather than a strict Q&A session, which I really appreciated.
The final round included both a technical discussion and a conversation with a person focused on growth within the company. In addition to technical topics and past challenges, we also covered behavioral questions and real-life scenarios from my previous experience. The entire process remained highly professional and pleasant.
After each round, I had a follow-up conversation with the recruiter where we exchanged feedback, both from my side and from the interviewers. I found this especially valuable and transparent.
Overall, the interview process was high-quality and enjoyable, ultimately leading me to accept their offer.
Interview process was well structured and started with a recruiter screening call followed by technical rounds focused on problem solving and role specific skills. Later stages included discussions with the hiring team covering both technical depth and behavioral aspects. The process also had a final round with the hiring manager to assess overall fit. Communication was clear in most stages and the overall experience was smooth, though the timeline between rounds varied.
