I applied online and got a call from the recruiter the next day. Had our phone interview the day he called me, went over the position, was asked basic interview questions. He then invited me to come onsite the next day. Looking back, the process was quite rushed. Met with two people for a half an hour, and was asked basic questions. Waited days and weeks and never heard a single thing back from the recruiter which was extremely unprofessional. After they rushed me through the process and I followed up with them minutes after I applied the next day, the least they could do is let me know I didn't get the job.
