Promised a salary range, had our first interview, and then said they changed the budget, so they couldn't cover my salary expectations (which were initially aligned with what they offered). The interviewer took days to answer each of my messages through LinkedIn, even though she contacted me, and not the other way around. There were TOO many red flags for this company, so we didn't continue with the process.
