Sopra Steria visited our campus and conducted 3 rounds there and the final round at Sopra Steria Noida Campus. At Campus 2 rounds were online test and GD round, all rounds were eliminating. In the first round the questions were of basic SQL, flowchart, and C++ Output question and is of 50 mins. 2 round consists of 11 questions which need to be done in 90 min they are flowchart type question. I think one needs to give more than 50% correct answers to clear the cutoff of each round. It was followed by round 3, group discussion with a group of 10 students. In final round it was an HR and questions were from resume, projects and certifications (if any).

Interview was well rounded and the interviewers were polite. Both technical and interpersonal skills would be useful in the process. I had an online OA, a technical interview and then an HR interview.
