Sora has a very structured interview process. I was contacted 1-2 days after I submitted my application by the hiring manager. They are upfront about their interviewing process prior to your Initial interview. The process is as follows: Initial conversation/s (30 min) Complete a project prior to next interview Role interview (1 hour) -conducted with the hiring manager and another person Sora values interview (45 min) Mine was with the COO/Cofounder and the Product Manager) CEO meeting (30 min), References Offer The people at Sora are very friendly. You could tell that they were truly looking for the right candidate. Unfortunately my interview process ended after the values interview. The hiring manager was quick to respond to all of my emails and wanted the process to move as fast as possible. (Each interview was in a span of 3 weeks). I typically would hear back from the hiring manager about next steps in the process within 24/48 hours in relation. After my last interview it took them about 1.5 weeks to respond to me to tell me they were going in a different direction.
