Questions related to the job, potential in the role and outcome that I wish to have. It only deals with one round of interview with a couple of candidates that were finally selected in the end and paired for manager.

What was one project that relates to our work and can you share what you learned that can be used for our team?
It was nothing out of the ordinary. They ask you to put together a memo based on a company of their choosing. Afterward during the interview, they will question you on the assumptions you used in your memo.
