I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sorenson Impact (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2022
Interview
At least three rounds of interviews. I was applying for a role on the impact finance team, so I was asked (before the interview) to come prepared to demonstrate a financial model I had helped create. In the final interview, I was asked questions that I could tell were designed to assess how I thought through questions I didn't immediately have the answer to. Overall everyone was very nice during the process.

Interview
Interviewer had biased answers for the case study and would like to hear what they WANT to hear rather than what you actually think. Other than that the interview went fine, If you're given a case study, make sure you know all the details!
