Applied online and received an email request for a phone interview a few days later. Scheduled the phone for the next week on Tuesday. Phone interview had very little substance - mostly yes/no questions, why do you want to leave your current job, why southwest? They called me on Thursday for an in person interview, I received the message after their office closed. So on Friday I call to schedule the in person, I have two options Tuesday or Thursday neither of which worked for me. I was told they were only interviewing that week so I had to postpone a vacation to go the interview. On Monday I got an information email requesting that I bring a bunch of paperwork the interview. I work full time and had to scramble to get my hands on the docs they requested in 3 days. Then the day before the interview I get another email asking me to fill out some paperwork - which took me an hour and half. Was really put off by the way the recruiter handled things from the phone interview through the in person interview. I was told I would hear something with in 2 weeks....today is 2 weeks, still waiting.
