I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Santa Ana, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied online on 6/27/17. Received a call on July 5 to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was July 10. It lasted approx 15 minutes. I was asked a lot of questions about the company and the position I'd be working. He also went over my current work history. I felt fairly confident that it went well, and he said he'd get back to me in a week or so. He called back 2 hours later to tell me they're going ahead with me. The FTF was scheduled for August 4 at the airport I'd be working at. My FTF interview was one on one and very easy. It lasted 30 minutes, but it was mostly him telling me about the position, the many hours of overtime you could work and the culture of Southwest. He said I'd hear back from them after they go through all the applicants which could take a few weeks.
I left there feeling very confident that I did well.
On August 22 I received a call that they're going ahead with me. I did my drug test (a urine sample) in L.A. on August 23 and they flew me to Oakland on August 24 to do fingerprinting. Now I'm officially in backgrounds and so excited!!
The initial interview was virtual. It didn’t last past 30 minutes, the interviewer was very descriptive on what the position responsibilities are and the requirements to meet goals set and after my questions the interviewer ended the virtual interview and from there I received an offer
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2022
Interview
Had a phone interview. Was invited to a in person interview. Recruiter was nice and encouraging. Station employee (not managment) that was also interviewing was cold and gave the impression that I could not do the job due to weight & age.

Interview
There is a total of 3 interviews. 1 phone screening, 1 more phone interview and one final virtual interview. I decided not to go for the final interview but the first two rounds were great. They use the STAR method and make you feel comfortable.
