I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Sept 2017
Interview
August 2016 when the position open for Flight Attendant there were so many applicants the computers crashed and you couldn't get on the site. Luckily the very next day I was able to recoup, and got a time stamp. I made it through the questionnaire, and a year later they are still processing thousands of applicants. Had my phone interview 9/29/17. Status hasn't changed yet? I'll be interviewing for other airlines while waiting! Good luck to those still hoping to get there F2F!

Question 1

Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
