Interview
The process was pretty lengthy..about September to end of November. Applied online in early September, got a phone interview about one month later. About 2 weeks later was asked to come in for an in person interview in Dallas. The phone interview was basic behavior questions based on resume and experience. The in person interview was more lengthy and asked more detailed questions about the specific job you are applying for. The in person interview was with you and 3 other SWA employees and it was so fun!! They are very down to earth and conversational. When you walk in everyone looks like they are having the best day of their lives.
I would just say be confident in your experience and education in the interview. Also talking slowly and steadily goes a long way.

Very quick process, only took three weeks in total. Applied online, Had one phone interview with HR and then one Zoom interview with the team. Overall it was a good experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.

Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
