I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
LONGEST process ever. Was a 5 hour ordeal to submit the online resume due to the continuous crashing of the website. Then it was about a month or two before the phone interview, and another 3 to 4 months for the in person interview. Had to pay for a hotel and transportation to headquarters in Dallas (I flew over from California). In person interview process took half a day, arrived and they fingerprint you, and I sat in a waiting area with 6 other interviewees. They took us into a big room and told us the basics of what our life would be for the first 6 months, then let us ask questions if we had any. Then we got moved back out to the main room and waited for our individual interviews. Mine had two older women, very nice. One was asking questions, the other taking notes. I wish I would have studied the history of the company more, lots of the first few questions had to do with company and morals. Overall the interview was pretty straight forward. After the interview they have you do a quick physical test that pretty much just makes sure you're small enough to fit through the isles. Didn't get the job, still dont know why - thought I killed the interview!
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
