Be positive. Always have a good question to ask them at the end. Huge amount of competition. You are always being studied, before & after the interview, like you are in a fish bowl.

Robot interview where you speak into a camera with nobody on the other end, then a zoom call with recruiter and station manager. Then over 2 weeks of poorly worded canned texts and no responses from recruiter emails. Not shocking though since I’ve worked for this company before and my direct supervisor then could not even spell or read English.

It was very professional. I was impressed with the questions and variety of information given during the interview. The interviewer knew what she was looking for and held a good interview.

It was very easy first you will receive a phone interview then a face to face then once you receive a face to face more than likely it will be a panel interview bring plenty of resumes and personality
