I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Dec 2021
Interview
I had a phone interview in Dec 2021. Initially, the Recruiter was nice. Star questions - "Why I want to work for Southwest?" The interview was about 25 minutes. By the time we were finished and I asked one or two questions, her personality changed. She couldn't, or didn't want to answer specific questions I had regarding the Flight Attendant position (which turned me off). You want me to be enthusiastic, but you're not. I'm interviewing you too. Her attitude told me that I wasn't moving forward.
But honestly, I really didn't care because Southwest was not my dream airline. I applied simply because the position was opened. Maybe that came across in my interview. I think if it had been the airline I really wanted to work for - I would have had better results. Recruiters can tell if you are passionate.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
