I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was amazing! The atmosphere was so welcoming, all the candidates I spoke with were friendly so it helped to calm my nerves. They went over the documents sent via email for the info session then you did your 1o1. My recruiter was so kind, she did deep breaths with me while we walked to the room. The questions were not hard, more like a conversation. (There were two people in the room and they asked about three questions each.) Study STAR format and be sure to have a question for them prepared. After I was offered the job, I was then brought to a room to do a physical test . Once I passed that, I was sent home and advised to wait on further steps!

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
