Three interviews, starting with technical recruiter who did a fantastic job of laying out process, timelines, and expectations for the interview process. Subsequent video conference interviews with hiring managers were excellent. No ‘gotcha’ questions or ‘IT Jeopardy’ nonsense here. The interviewers were more interested in whether I was a good cultural fit for the team and the company, and if I had a passion for the work the position would entail. Plenty of time was spent letting me ask questions, and the entire process felt very conversational. Good feedback was provided by the recruiter after the interviews. No ghosting here!
