Interview
Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
I applied online. got an e-mail saying that there was some more forms that needed to be filled out so i filled them out and got a call the next day to for a phone interview. I did the phone interview the same day and was told that I would know in 3 weeks whether or not they wanted to advance in the hiring process. I received a call the next day to set-up a F2F interview so i went through the process and set-up the F2F interview. I received a call about 2 hours later stating that there had been some internal movement in the company in which an employee decided that he/she would like that position instead and was told that i wouldn't have the face to face interview after all. I was very disappointed in how the company handled it and am still waiting on confirmation on whether or not my application will still be considered for any position.
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.
