I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I thought the interview process was awful and dehumanizing. They bring you in like cattle with hundreds of other people. They also recommend you get their early. I was there for over five hours and had not eaten in 8 hours by the time they interviewed me. I could not think. I was was exhausted. All they allow you to have is water that entire time. It was an abusive experience. There is no need to interview 100's of people in one day like that. The recruiter looked a mess. I was a mess. It was awful.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
