Sovereign Staffing Group interview questions

Got to meet a couple recruiters and met with the VP of the company. Very nice, respectful and a good listener. Was put into a conference room and asked to wait. Once VP came in, he was very respectable. Introduced him self and immediately made me feel at ease asking questions. Seemed more like a conversation as apposed to a job interview.
