Interview
First interview was on phone very short very easy questions. Second one was on site and longer as it lasted 1 hour. Questions were also easy, they asked me to present myself, my experience and what I’m looking for. Third interview with one of the company founders was online and it was also easy and quick. Took about 20 minutes same questions were asked during the three interviews. This while process took almost a month I made it to the final step which was the online interview with the founder. I was not selected nor informed about their decision. I was only told that I was not selected after I literally spammed them with emails so I can get a feedback.

Interview
I had an interview with this company on 01/12, with William Thomson. It was a good conversation to get to know my skills and give me the opportunity to get to know the company. The conclusion was that we would organize a second interview with another director. My surprise was what happened afterwards: ghosting. I think we should all start calling things by their name and ghosting, both in our personal and professional lives, reflects flawed behavior patterns. If they don't respond to an email, I can only imagine what the culture of this start-up company is like. For those interested in their recruitment positions, one big warning: 30 openings at once. We all know what that means.
