Then I took two online tests on logic, maths, and Java programming.
Finally, I had an interview with the TA Manager and a recruiter.
The whole process took one month and was a complete waste of time, as after the final interview I didn’t even receive automatic feedback. For a TA Manager, feedback is an essential part of the process, you should know that after working at Sparta for 13 years.
