Moves very swiftly and efficiently; first and second rounds with an analyst/associate, then VP, followed by an in-person superday which they fly you out to their office for. The superday begins with a technical written exam, followed by interviews with all members of the team. The firm's deal team runs lean, everyone will have lots of responsibilities and learn a lot, and will work closely together, so it seems like they really emphasized the right cultural fit. Very nice office, everyone genuinely seems happy to work there, and the firm has good relationships and a good reputation among clients.

Networking call with a VP turned into a technical round with an associate, and then a superday in the office with an optional dinner. Super nice people and seemed like a decent place to work at.
It's a very fast process: one networking call, one technical interview and a Superday in the office. They offered dinner on the night of Superday and the people were extremely professional. It looks like a nice place to work.
