The interview process with speakeasy included a phone interview with lead occupational therapist. The interview was low pressure and was more of a discussion of wants/expectations from both the employer and employee standpoint. We primarily discussed the company, the job description, and expectations. Questions asked included strengths, weaknesses, and expectations of a new hire. Following the interview the lead occupational therapist brought me in to shadow to better understand if my personality meshed well with the overall company.
