Speakeasy Therapy Services interview questions

Phone with the owner and zoom with clinical director. Both were extremely lovely and transparent when it came to the goals and expectations of the company/job description. Very accommodating and quick to reply.

The interview process with speakeasy included a phone interview with lead occupational therapist. The interview was low pressure and was more of a discussion of wants/expectations from both the employer and employee standpoint. We primarily discussed the company, the job description, and expectations. Questions asked included strengths, weaknesses, and expectations of a new hire. Following the interview the lead occupational therapist brought me in to shadow to better understand if my personality meshed well with the overall company.
