I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Spirii (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
I will summarise four-month-long story,
- in November 2024; I applied
- in December 2024; I received an email, that the process will continue after the new year due to the holidays
- in late January 2025, the process finally began
In five weeks, I have visited the office on two occasions, solved four-hour limited task, although the two-hour code review went in a really pleasant manner, in end I have received generic email that they will process with other candidates with more experience.

Due to the generic nature of the declined response, without any real feedback on what I needed to improve or what knowledge I lacked compared to other candidates, I found Spirii really unprofessional and rude; stay away!

Interview
After the initial screening call, there were 3 rounds of onsite interviews where I got to meet CTO, Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and eventually a few members from my potential team. A rather lengthy process, possibly due to summer vacations.
Interview questions [1]
