I reached out to HR for a Senior Full Stack position and was upfront about my salary expectations, which were at the upper end of their budget. I specifically requested that they only proceed if these expectations were feasible. Despite completing a task provided without initial descriptions or assets—which took two additional weeks to obtain—I was ultimately offered a salary nearly half of my stated expectations. When inquired, the HR confirmed they were aware of my salary requirement but proceeded with the low offer regardless. This experience felt unprofessional and resulted in a significant waste of time for me.

Interview
I was approached by their HR and invited to the interview with the CTO. Arrived on time onsite. Initially had talk with HR then with the CTO followed by an assessment. The assessment was of 8 to 16 hours of work and they asked me to do it in an hour. It looks like CTO had no idea about how much time can it take when something needs to be implemented
